Directors meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Sunday of each month. 

Road sweeping was completed in November 2014 and gulley cleaning was completed early December 2014.

The soakaways on company land have been surveyed and 8 have been cleaned out to enable surface rainwater to drain more efficiently. The soakaways will be inspected annually.
